The Dataflex Sustainability Report 2024 is now live. This year, we focused on measuring more of our impact, engaging stakeholders in new ways, and laying the groundwork for a climate strategy that prioritizes real reductions over compensation.
Highlights from 2024
Solar milestone and Scope 2 emissions
Following the headquarters renovation in 2023, our solar panels now generate more electricity than we use, allowing us to return surplus energy to the grid. As a result, our Scope 2 emissions were negative in 2024, a milestone that reflects progress in renewable energy, though we know there is still more to do.
Transitioning from offsetting to reduction
After several years of offsetting our emissions, in 2024 we made the decision to pause compensation and begin working on a new climate strategy. This shift will take time, but we believe reducing emissions at the source is a more lasting and responsible approach.
Strengthening supply chain alignment
We conducted supplier audits across Europe and Asia and reached 93% compliance with our ESG standards. At the same time, Scope 3 emissions remain our largest challenge. We are now working with suppliers to set shared reduction goals that are realistic and aligned with local contexts.
